DIY Baby murloc?

For years I have wanted to make a Murloc costume for one of my lil ones but never got around to it. Well now that I have more skills than what I did before, I decided to put it to use.

Now some might ask... What the heck is a Murloc? lol Well they are a creature from a game called World of Warcraft. I had seen online a few people make costumes for there lil ones. I wanted to as well, but it need to be cost effective, wearable in the car, and if possible he could wear if after Halloween just for fun lol.

So I just some digging and made a plan. I ordered a zip up toddler hoodie from walmart. Once it came I got to work on drawing it up. The only thing I wish I could have done better was the fins that come out by the neck.
